One of our favorite spots, this absolutely non typical place is something of a hidden gem amongst Monaco restaurants. If you like fresh pure seafood, certainly you will enjoy a delightful lunch with an amazing backdrop of the Port. A very much a local place with fantastic views, fine decor and an enjoyable atmosphere that let guests feel relaxed.
Nestled at the very tip of the pier and run by biologist Brice Cachia and Frédéric Rouxeville who spent two decades researching every aspect of marine reproduction before opening the French Riviera’s first oyster nursery.
Finally, the staff is courteous and fabulous service is something clients agree upon here. Sitting on wooden benches, in a genuine ambiance, discover a corner of Brittany, right below the Prince’s Palace! This is the place to join locals over a glass of organic wine and savour fine products.
